Family Nature Meet-Up

The Philipstown Garden Club welcomes community families to the next Family Nature Meet-Up on Saturday, May 2 at 2 p.m. (Rain date: Sunday, May 3 at 2 p.m.) Families with children ages 4-12 are warmly invited to this free event, which will be led by Garden Club member Jackie Grant. Families will meet at the Philipstown Park and take a walk on the trails while enjoying a Scavenger Hunt/Bingo Game along the way.

  

Registration is required.  Please register and sign waivers below.

 

Registered families will receive full directions and notice of the rain date, should it be necessary.

WAIVER & RELEASE FORM:

By signing this Waiver, I assume any risk, and take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury, death or damage to personal property associated with Family Nature Meet- Up activities and events organized by the Philipstown Garden Club. I understand and confirm that by signing this Waiver and Release I have given up considerable future legal rights. I have signed this Waiver and Release freely, voluntarily,
under no duress. My signature is proof of my intention to execute a complete and unconditional WAIVER AND RELEASE of all liability to the full extent of the law. I am 18 years
of age or older and mentally competent to enter into this waiver.

PHOTO RELEASE FORM:

I grant the Philipstown Garden Club the right to take photographs of me and my family in connection with the above-identified event. I authorize the Philipstown Garden Club, its
assignees and transferees the right to copyright, use and publish these photographs in print and/or electronically. I agree that the Philipstown Garden Club may use photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, social media posts, advertising and online content.
