Family Nature Meet-Ups

Family Nature Meet-Ups are a new initiative of the Philipstown Garden Club (PGC) open to all in the Philipstown community.  The first such meet up will take place on Sunday, October 15th at 2 p.m. (Note:  the date has been changed from Saturday, October 14th due to the projected wet weather forecast).  Families with children ages 4-12 are warmly invited to this free event, which will be led by PGC member Jackie Grant, retired director of the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum.  Families will meet at the Sugarloaf Trail parking lot and walk a half mile to a rustic gazebo, while enjoying a scavenger hunt along the way.  Registration is required, see below.

Once registered, families will be sent specific directions to the trailhead.  Should the rain date be necessary, registered families will be notified. If you can't make it, sign up below to be informed about future Meet-Ups.
